Our services combine prayer and inspirational music into a joyous experience of Shabbat and the festivals held in our beautiful air conditioned Sanctuary,
Erev Shabbat Services begin at 8:00 PM each Friday evening. Commencing with candle lighting and song we welcome Shabbat and conclude with an Oneg Shabbat in our Social Hall.
Shabbat Morning Services begin at 10:30 AM each Saturday morning unless otherwise noted and include a Torah reading and teaching on the portion of the week. A full service is held which includes the traditional reading from the Torah and Haftorah, along with a discussion of the portion of the week, followed by Kiddush.
During the course of the year we celebrate various holidays with special seders appropriate to the season, such as Tu B'Shvat (Arbor Day). Our Purim and megillah reading observance is one of fun and fancy, in keeping with the spirit of the day. For Passover a second seder is celebrated with a traditional service and dinner
Our High Holy Days begin with Selichot. We celebrate two days of Rosh HaShanah concluding with a Tashlich service water side on the second day. Our Kol Nidre Service includes moving musical interludes. Yom Kippur Services allow for reflection and introspection as well as spirited debates on various subject matter. We conclude with a break-the-fast open to our congregants and ticket holders.
