Co-Presidents Message

It is in these days when we are presented with the cold weather and all of the challenges and hurdles that contemporary society throws our way that we must search for warmth. We come to Temple, not for physical warmth but for spiritual warmth, as our Temple family puts our minds at ease and our souls in the sun. On Shabbat, we unite under one roof to relax, pray, and search for a deep spiritual meaning as a whole. As individuals we can only pray, but as a community we can be heard.

Also, as a community let us celebrate the New Year of the Trees, Tu B’Shvat on Saturday, February 4th. Join your Temple family for Shabbat Services followed by our annual Tu B’Shvat Seder. For a nominal donation, not only will we partake of the ritual fruits associated with the seder but we will enjoy a dairy lunch as well. Please feel free to bring friends who have not had the pleasure to experience this seder. Let’s lift our spirits from the cold as we celebrate yet another “new year”.

We hope to see you during the cold days and weeks ahead so that we share our warmth with each other.

B’shalom,

Eric & Myron
